Mr. S. V. Diwanji, B.Com. FCMA (M-753) is one of the senior most leading Cost Accountants, in the Western Region with, excellent academic background and rich experience in the field of Cost Accountancy and General Management. He has also passed final examination of the then Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of England. He was trained under a foreign firm of Cost Accountants-M/s Titchner & Associates. He has worked with M/s L&T, HES Ltd. (Czech Collaboration) and LA Ltd. during 1961 to 1966. He started a firm - M/s. Bhatia & Diwanji, Cost Accountants at Mumbai in partnership with Late Mr. R K Bhatia, M.Com FCMA way back in 1966. It was the first partnership firm of Cost Accountants in India. They decided to expand its service base to Gujarat and accordingly a branch office at Ahmedabad was started in 1971. Mr. Diwanji shifted to Vadodara in 1974 to look after the firm's operations in Gujarat. After the demise of Mr. R K Bhatia, the firm M/s Bhatia & Diwanji stood dissolved automatically. A firm of Cost Accountants titled as - Diwanji & Associates is established since 1999. |
